Röhlig names new MD Germany
Röhlig Logistics has appointed Ingo Wolfsholz as managing director Germany. He succeeds Dirk Schneider, who has led the company’s German operations since 2020 and will now head global tender management.
Wolfsholz, a trained freight forwarder and business economist, has nearly three decades of logistics experience, including more than 20 years abroad in Australia, the USA, Southeast Asia and China. Since August 2022 he has been responsible for Röhlig’s national sea freight business.
In his new role, Wolfsholz aims to drive sustainable growth, strengthen the market position and focus on digitalisation, sustainability and employee development. Ulrike Baum, member of the global executive board, said his international background will bring fresh impetus to Röhlig’s German business. (ah)
