Rüdenhausen project taking shape
Four months after breaking ground, Garbe Industrial Real Estate and joint venture partner BentallGreenOak have developed a 16,000 m² logistics facility in Rüdenhausen, Bavaria (Germany).
A topping-out ceremony was held on 23 May, celebrating progress toward the planned completion in Q4/2025.
Located near the A3 motorway, the EUR 25 million brownfield redevelopment is being built to the gold certificate standards of the German Sustainable Building Council.
Features include 15,000 m² of hall and mezzanine space, 1,000 m² of offices, twelve dock levellers and rooftop preparations for solar panels. A portion of the roof will also be greened, while heating will be supplied by air heat pumps. (js)
