Scania strengthens executive board
Scania has announced three key appointments to its executive board to enhance performance and competitiveness amid rapid industry changes. The company will unify its sales and marketing with commercial operations into a new division called Scania Commercial, effective 1 January 2026. Stefano Fedel, currently executive vice president of sales and marketing, will lead this new unit, utilising his extensive experience in global markets.
Camilla Dewoon has been appointed executive vice president and head of Scania Group China, focusing on the company's growth in this key transport market. Her background in brand development and stakeholder engagement positions her well for this critical role. Additionally, Anna Carmo e Silva will head the merged strategy and communications function, enhancing alignment and efficiency within the organisation. These changes aim to streamline operations and strengthen Scania's market position as it navigates industry transformations.
