Scannell Properties fortifies French legal expertise
Scannell Properties France has appointed Apolline Coly as general counsel, effective 1 September.
Coly brings more than ten years of experience in real estate law, with a background at Clifford Chance in Paris and Amsterdam and at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. She will oversee legal aspects of logistics and parcel delivery projects, including land transactions, development approvals, regulatory compliance and governance of the French entities. Admitted to the Paris bar in 2016, Coly also holds an international certificate in corporate finance from HEC.
"Her strategic vision and legal expertise will further strengthen our ability to adapt to increasing constraints and regulatory changes," said Hugues Desbarrières, deputy managing director in France. Coly added that she looks forward to contributing to the group’s growth in a rapidly evolving logistics real estate market. (ah)
