Schuon heads for the Balkans

The German logistics company Alfred Schuon has augmented its transport service portfolio. Effective immediately, the provider offers weekly roundtrips to the non-EU countries of the Balkan Peninsula and from there back to southern Germany including customs handling services.

The tour begins in Haiterbach (Baden-Wuerttemberg), and the first destination is Belgrade. From the Serbian capital, the journey continues to final destinations in Serbia, Albania, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia. The company provides general cargo, partial load and full load transports for all sectors of industry.

The cross-border transports are subject to special customs regulations. In addition to the usual commercial invoice, further documents such as an export declaration and an A1 certificate are required. "Thanks to our expertise and our local partners in the region we can also offer reliable customs handling services," says Alexander Schuon, managing director of Alfred Schuon. (mw)
