Second-best result for time matters
Lufthansa subsidiary time matters generated EUR 114.8 million revenue in 2019, recording the second-best result in the company's history within a challenging market environment.
The main drivers for growth in 2019 were the medtech, life science, aviation & aerospace and high-tech and semicon segments as well as the airmates on board courier platform. The company also doubled the number of accompanied shipments last year.
The duration and dynamics of the current pandemic will determine to which extent time matters will push ahead with the implementation of its planned company-wide digitalisation strategy, which includes both customer-centric development of the products and services on offer as well as automated booking capabilities for the service portfolio.
