Second of three new routes takes off today

DSV is introducing three new intercontinental routes connecting five continents. After a weekly direct route from Luxembourg to São Paulo GRU adding 100 t of capacity between Europe and Brazil since 21 February 2021, the global logistics provider is launching today, 1 March, a weekly connection from Shanghai (photo) to Chicago’s congestion free Rockford airport (RFD) and back. Capacity is also 100 t in each direction.

Finally, starting 1 April, four weekly direct rotations with a combined 150 t of capacity are scheduled between two DSV hotspots in Europe and South Africa, Luxembourg and Johannesburg.

The DSV Air Charter Network is managed as an in-house DSV network and includes road freight to and from the airport, document handling, freight handling and planning for loading ULD's. The control of the complete process makes the network flexible and efficient for customers. (ah)
