SF Express partners with Air One to expedite freight
SF Express, Asia's largest logistics provider, has partnered with Air One to expedite freight between China and the UK. Under a one-year charter, four Boeing 747-400BDSF freighter flights weekly connect Ezhou in China with East Midlands Airport in the UK, marking the launch of SF's first all-freight route to the UK. The route, operational since 2 November, shortens transit times to four days, supporting time-sensitive goods like e-commerce, high-end manufacturing and cold chain products.
This network expansion enhances transcontinental trade, fulfilling SF's strategic goals for Europe and global markets, while addressing the increasing trade demands between China and the UK. Air One officials emphasised their role in strengthening UK-China connectivity and supporting sustainable logistics, with SF committed to further expanding its international air network for efficient, reliable global trade solutions.
