SGL continues its rapid expansion
Nordic company Scan Global Logistics (SGL) is opening three new offices in West Africa and France - a change, since acquisitions of other companies have taken the lead over the last months.
About a month ago, Group CEO Allan Melgaard inked the seventh acquisition in 2021, signing a agreement with UK-based Horizon International Cargo. Six months after opening its first office in France in Lille, another office in Dijon is now operational.
Meanwhile, in West Africa, two offices opened their doors in Cotonou, Benin and Lomé, Togo. SGL is already present in the region with offices in Mali, Senegal and the Ivory Coast. Air and ocean freight forwarding services and inland container haulage form the operational portfolio of services. (sh)
