Soget launches digital airfreight platform
Soget, the French pioneer in port community systems with over 40 years of experience in digital trade solutions, has launched 'Air One', a dedicated Port Community System (PCS) for airfreight.
The platform complies with Iata standards and new customs rules such as ICS2 and SDS. It brings together airlines, freight forwarders, handlers, customs and airport authorities on a single interface, streamlining communication and enabling faster, paperless and more transparent processes.
The platform integrates with Asycuda, the Unctad customs system used in more than 100 countries, ensuring interoperability in global trade. According to Soget, the solution reduces CO₂ emissions, cuts delays and improves traceability through real-time tracking. Already deployed in Guadeloupe, Jamaica and the Democratic Republic of Congo, 'Air One' marks Soget's expansion from ports to the skies. (ah)
