Startup acquires heritage firm Mallory Alexander
CoPilot Global Logistics – a newly founded venture by industry veterans Rich Bolte, Paul Svindland and Carmen Gerace – has partnered with investment firm Endeavour to acquire the century-old Mallory Alexander International Logistics. The Memphis-based company, long family-owned, becomes the foundation of CoPilot’s plan to build a scaled global logistics platform through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
While Mallory will continue operating under its brand and management, the partnership brings new capital for technology, safety and training. CEO Paul Svindland said the deal combines Mallory’s trusted legacy with CoPilot’s entrepreneurial drive, creating a modern, customer-focused network for the next generation of global logistics. (ah)
