Supporting the fashion industry
A few days ago, logistics company Geodis announced that it has started its cooperation concerning worldwide logistics with Kenzo in France. This is a five-year partnership, in which Geodis is responsible for the acceptance, storage and preparation of the brand’s clothes, leather goods, shoes and accessories. Geodis’ logistics site, where operations take place, is located in the south of Paris and adapted to folded and hanging garments in order to centralise these operations. Apart from that, the French logistics company is also supporting Kenzo in its e-commerce sales, preparing and fulfilling orders.
David Perruche, logistics director at Kenzo, said: “It is the ability of Geodis to support Kenzo in its international growth as well as both the modularity and flexibility of its technical and commercial offering that caught our attention." (rf)
