Swiss WorldCargo has introduced a new online system to submit pre-claims and formal claims, marking a shift from e-mail-based processing to a faster, more efficient digital solution.
Launched on 18 June, the new forms are accessible 24/7 via swissworldcargo.com and offer immediate confirmation, guided data entry and streamlined follow-up by a central claims team. The innovation is part of the airline’s broader effort to enhance its digital customer services.
"From inbox to interface" is the motto for this process update, which aims to boost transparency, speed and convenience for shippers dealing with damage or loss cases. With this service Swiss WorldCargo says it has further positioned itself as a premium carrier for time-critical and high-value airfreight. (ah)
