TGP names Michael Andrews as its business development director
Trans Global Projects (TGP) has appointed Michael Andrews as its new business development director, effective from tomorrow, 1 May.
He’ll be based at the company’s recently-opened UK head office in Sevenoaks, which will also feature in the Breakbulk / Heavylift Special supplement of the forthcoming issue of the ITJ, 5/2025, out Monday, 2 May.
Andrews returned to TGP after holding senior roles with Kuehne + Nagel, Qube International and DB Schenker. He brings over 37 years of international project logistics experience with him, including previous leadership roles at TGP USA and TGP Italia. He’ll lead business development in key verticals, including oil and gas, renewables, infrastructure and mining.
Group CEO Colin Charnock welcomed Andrews, saying the move is in line with TGP’s global growth ambitions. With his deep industry insight and global track record Andrews is expected to play a key role in expanding TGP’s reach and service portfolio in established as well as emerging markets. (ah)
