Joël Glusman (photo) has been elected by TLF Overseas' executive board as the new president, succeeding Herbert de Saint Simon. Glusman is the founder and the CEO of Crystal Group, a company that specialises in international transport and logistics and engineering.

He will be supported by the new two vice presidents: Clément Balladur, CEO of HBI and of the maritime commission of TLF Overseas, and Philippe de Crécy, who is VP airfreight Europe of Bolloré Logistics.

TLF Overseas is a French trade union representing the employees of air and maritime transport providers and customs officials.

Glusman's new role in TLF Overseas aims to strengthen the attractiveness of the professions in the logistics industry, to support the energy transition of the sector, to facilitate the transport of the goods and customs operations and, finally, to promote innovation and to assist the sector's digital transformation.
