TMW upgrades HQ
I+R Industrie- & Gewerbebau is building new headquarters for TMW Logistics in St Margrethen (Switzerland), replacing its rental property with a new facility.
The logistics provider, founded nearly 45 years ago, offers forwarding, warehousing and customs services, and will move into the new site in October 2026. Planned by DI Gerold Gassner Architektur & Design, the centre will provide around 1,800 sqm of usable space.
In addition to offices for the company’s 13 employees, extra warehouse and office space will be available to tenants, with FHE Vertrieb already confirmed as the first. The building will feature prefabricated steel concrete and timber elements, ventilated façades, and will be powered by a heat pump and rooftop photovoltaic system. Owner and managing director Michael Wunderli said the project creates a strong foundation for future growth and the next generation. (js)
