Tobias Kassner to lead research dept. at Garbe
Garbe Industrial Real Estate is reinforcing its research sector by appointing Tobias Kassner as new head of research. Kassner, a real estate economist and logistics expert, has more than twelve years of real estate experience and held a range of positions at Bulwiengesa in Berlin and Hamburg from 2007 on. He most recently served as a partner and divisional manager for logistics, industrial and corporate real estate.
Thanks to many years of cooperation between Bulwiengesa and Garbe, Kassner is well acquainted with his new employer. Jan Dietrich Hempel, MD of Garbe Industrial Real Estate, declared: “We are very pleased to have gained Kassner who is an experienced research expert. Our investments have to perform for decades.
