Trade Tech boosts local support for new rules

Trade Tech has expanded its international presence with new appointments in the United Kingdom, Spain, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. The move strengthens the logistics platform’s ability to support forwarders, carriers and shippers with both technology and local expertise.

Adarsh Vasudev will establish the company’s Canadian presence, building on operations in the USA and Mexico too, whilst Ian Mountford in the UK and Carlos Serrano in Spain will help customers meet new EU and UK safety and security filing requirements. In the UAE, Toby Edwards will oversee preparations for the Maritime pre-loading cargo information programme and lead adoption thereof in the Middle East.

President Bryn Heimbeck said the expansion ensures customers receive both digital solutions and on-the-ground knowledge to manage compliance and streamline supply chains. (ah)
