Trammell Crow expands I&L team in Germany
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has reinforced its industrial and logistics (I&L) footprint in Germany by opening a third office in Munich and appointing two senior professionals.
Max Alleze (pictured) joins as Vice President, Development Investment, bringing EUR2.5 billion in transaction experience to the newly established Munich branch. Meanwhile, Michael Nolte becomes Vice President, Development Management in Düsseldorf, following leadership roles at Prologis and his own firm DAT Ingenieure.
Both report to Max Moser, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President and continues to lead TCC’s German I&L platform. The expansion underlines TCC’s commitment to Germany as a key growth market, supported by strong talent and a growing development pipeline. (ah)
