TST launches e-truck network
TST recently introduced a cooperative depot charging network "designed by and for logistics providers" at the Transport Logistic trade fair in Munich.
Open to all market players, the initiative aims to create a reliable, transparent and renewable-powered system for electric truck charging in Germany. The model allows fleet operators to either use or contribute depot charging points. Eight partners are already on board. The goal is to digitalise and connect the first sites by autumn 2025.
“This move will promote efficient provision, use and significantly higher utilisation of charging stations in the network,” said Katrin Herda, head of energy solutions and e-mobility at TST. (js)
