Two new logistics halls

Garbe Industrial Real Estate plans the construction of two new logistics halls on its logistics site in Werne (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany). An older, outdated logistics facility is currently being demolished for this purpose.

Garbe plans the construction of two new logistics halls with ceiling heights of ten to 15 m, which will be structurally connected to each other. "The demand for modern logistics real estate is increasing," emphasises Jan Dietrich Hempel, managing director of Garbe Industrial Real Estate.

"Especially on the north-eastern edge of the Ruhr area, there are hardly any large, contiguous sites that can be used for various logistics services.”

Euziel International has already made a firm commitment to rent the first of the two halls. The company specialises in the import, export and sale of consumer goods. (mw)
