VEV streamlines charger fault response


The e-fleet provider VEV from the UK has partnered with Techniche to automate maintenance management in its network of EV charging stations.

 

'Techniche EV', integrated with the 'VEV-IQ' platform, aims to enable real-time fault detection and faster repair allocation, thus reducing downtime for customers.

 

According to VEV product VP Mike Brown, the system detects over 85% of charger issues and automates responses, replacing manual processes with a SLA-compliant workflow. The collaboration aims to support VEV’s strategy to optimise fleet uptime and deliver improved service reliability. (js)
