Wan Hai Lines adds next US-American port
Taiwan-headquartered Wan Hai Lines is adding the Port of Philadelphia to its current Asia to East Coast of North America AA9 service, creating the first direct service from Asia to Philadelphia.
The rotation will be as follows: Haiphong – Shekou - Kaohsiung – Qingdao - Charleston – Philadelphia – New York– Haiphong. The first vessel sailing the extended route is scheduled from Haiphong on 8 July 2022. (sh)
