Wave-X backs HappyRobot
Austrian investor Wave-X has committed USD 1 million to the San Francisco-based start-up HappyRobot, as part of a USD 44 million funding round.
HappyRobot develops AI assistants designed to automate core logistics processes. HappyRobot’s tools can conduct calls, draught e-mails, process documents and search online sources, as well as support tasks such as rate negotiations, appointment scheduling, recruitment and stakeholder communication.
According to Wave-X the fresh capital will be used to expand the platform and grow development teams. "Our goal is for AI assistance to take over manual coordination and execution, so people can focus on strategic work and relationship management,” said Pablo Palafox, co-founder and CEO of HappyRobot.
