WiseTech acquires E2Open
WiseTech Global has signed a binding agreement to acquire the US SaaS logistics platform E2Open for USD 2.1 billion. The deal will be fully debt-funded and is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
With E2Open’s network of 500,000 connected companies WiseTech aims to accelerate its vision of becoming the operating system for global trade and logistics. The acquisition expands WiseTech’s customer base and total addressable market. The deal is expected to be EPS accretive in year one. The company plans to integrate E2Open’s product groups and network capabilities.
“In bringing the two companies together, we see tremendous opportunity for synergies, efficiency, economies of scale and enhanced customer benefits,” said WiseTech Global founder, executive chair and chief innovation officer Richard White. (js)
