New branch manager to drive Dutch development
Europa Road in Rotterdam has hired Dennis Henderson as its new sales branch manager. With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local market, he will help drive the business following its successful launch in February this year.
From a standing start, the team of five in Rotterdam has successfully grown its customer base, meeting demand for efficient full, part loads and groupage services despite the challenging economy.
Henderson has been at Europa since August 2023 and has spent more than a decade in the logistics sector. His appointment follows the launch of Europa’s DDP service Europa Flow into the Benelux region in July 2023.
The service, now available in the Netherlands, uses DDP incoterms to take care of customs declarations and duty requirements prior to delivery, easing complex administration and improving transit times. (cj)
